Here’s my go-to guac:

4 ripe avocados
½ jalapeño, minced
½ serrano, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 2 limes (soak the garlic and chiles in this first)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Redmond sea salt to taste

Served with baked organic corn tortillas.
