Q: How long have you been working at CRIO and what are your job duties?

Megan: I've been at CRIO for 2.5 years. I started as an implementation manager/CSM for clinical research sites, helping to onboard and teach site staff how best to utilize CRIO workflows to meet their needs. Most recently, I switched over to the sponsor side, where I coordinate with the study design, engineering, and product teams to manage EDC projects and integrations.

Q: How do you ensure customer success through the implementation process? How is EDC implementation different for sponsors?

Megan: Our goal is to drive successful implementations through deep training and knowledge of the CRIO system, as well as strong client relationships. We strive to provide excellent support to clients by working closely with them to understand their workflows, then developing an onboarding and training plan that meets their needs. It is a very collaborative effort. While site implementations generally follow a fairly standard model, EDC implementation is much more variable. Sponsor projects have different integration requirements and involve work with many different products and teams. The unique nature of each project is exciting.

Q: What is your favorite part about working at CRIO and why would someone want a job here?

Megan: I love the CRIO team. Even though many of us work remotely, we have a strong culture and are able to develop close friendships. We learn and grow together. Everyone is very supportive and our sense of community is reflected externally in our ability to develop impactful products and client relationships.
