In loving memory of Oscar R. Spencer, we are proud to share the launch of the Oscar R. Spencer Memorial Scholarship 💜
This scholarship was created to honor his legacy and his deep belief in education, community, and giving back.
It will support students from Camden City, while also welcoming Camden County students, as they pursue higher education and continue the values he carried throughout his life.
