Day three, week of healthy eating.... Load up the bowl with veggies, lean proteins and more veggies!!!! Eating healthy has never been soo fun and delicious!

Healthy week day two. If you are closer to Cameron Park, stop by for meal replacement shakes and healthy energy teas. I like getting both, start with a shake for breakfast, then sip the tea all day. My current favorite; banana oatmeal cookie with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Sooo good!!!!! It's like I'm indulging, but it is all good for you!

So, we indulged last week, time to get back on the wagon and eat healthy so we can fit into jeans again, lol. This week is all about healthy options. First up, in Placerville. Stop by there first for healthy shakes and teas for breakfast OR before you start your holiday shopping on Main Street!
