Job Title: Screen Printing Assistant (Full-Time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Screen Printing Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that supports our screen printing production process as well as other sign and graphics operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Clean and reclaim screen printing screens after production runs

Prepare screens for upcoming print jobs, including coating, exposing, and setup assistance

Assist with screen printing production and press setup

Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Assist with sign production, banner finishing, heat pressing, and other graphics-related tasks

Support general shop and office duties as needed

Follow company quality standards and production procedures

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Dependable and punctual

Previous screen printing or sign shop experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
