35 min lunchtime run. Since it was a little nicer and drier out, I decided to try out the new Nike ZoomX Fly 5’s that were gifted to me. They felt pretty good, I will definitely keep using them. (Thank you Paul Boyer)!

Still can’t believe the Detroit Free Press Marathon full is sold out after 1 week! So glad I don’t wait.
