OASIS Surgery Center is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our Surgery team! This role supports our surgery and pain team by coordinating procedures and ensuring patient information is complete and accurate.

✨ What You’ll Do:

Receive and process physician orders for procedures

Enter and maintain patient demographics, insurance, and medical documentation

Coordinate schedules and communicate with nursing, anesthesia, and physician offices

Answer phones and serve as a liaison between the center and provider offices

Help ensure smooth daily patient flow and prevent overbooking

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of medical terminology (or willingness to learn)

Comfort with computers and data entry

Experience in a medical or physician office setting preferred

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

🕒 Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
