This week's recipe is Simple and Easy Cream Puffs!

Ingredients:
1 cup water; ½ cup butter; 1 cup flour; ½ tsp salt; 4 eggs

Directions:
1) Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a saucepan.
2) Add the butter to the water and stir until it is melted.
3) Add the flour and salt all at once to the water mix.
4) Stir until a ball is formed.
5) Remove from heat, and add 1 egg. Beat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
6) Add the remaining eggs 1 at a time, and beat after each addition.
7) Let stand for 10 minutes.
8) Drop the dough onto a cookie sheet 1 of 2 ways. You can drop with a spoon OR put the dough into a snack bag, snip the corner off, and pipe the dough onto the cookie sheet. Make sure they are about 2 inches apart.
9) Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on your oven. Start checking them around 20 minutes.
10) After they've cooled, fill with whipped cream or other filling of your choice.
