A nod to our friends from the upstate New York area! Andy fell in love with this dish years ago, and we would be crazy not to bring it to our menu, just with the POPS flare! She’s a spicy one, but we can always make it not as spicy for you!

Tonight’s special is one y’all don’t want to miss!!
We are bringing back the mafalde pasta!! Paired with pesto alla trapanese (almonds, sundried tomato, basil) zucchini, ricotta and eggplant meatballs! A traditional Roman dish, with a POPS twist!
Zozzona!! If you haven’t had this one yet, what are you waiting for?! This isn’t a dish you’ll find in a lot of places around here, but you find it here at POPS! We take our housemade red sauce, but we treat it like a carbonara- adding egg yolk and pecorino cheese to it. All with our housemade sausage, bacon and our Paccheri pasta. Then we add more pecorino and add the final touch- a fried egg on top, to pick up the egg in the sauce. It’s rich and delicious, and it hits every single time! It’s my absolute favorite dish on the menu!
Our kids wanted to do this trend with our logo, so we did! Fun fact, our “spaghetti man” is based off of a photo of Andy’s dad, the original Pops!!
