•Lead commercial AV installs from kickoff to final punch
•Work with enterprise-grade systems (Cisco, Crestron, QSC, networking, VoIP, the good stuff)
•Mentor junior techs who are still learning why signal flow matters
•Be part of a team that cares about doing things right the first time
