Thatsa Wrapp Shack in North Canton has an opening for a lead cook position.

We are a quick service, casual restaurant producing high quality food products made in house.

The position is responsible for per-order line production of wrapps,
sides, and salads. High volume, and fast paced.
Also responsible for cutting and frying our housemade chips, and prepwork
of cutting vegetables, meats and making mayonnaise based sauces.

The position will be responsible for keeping track of inventory and making an
order list of items needed, and coordinating with us, the owners on a daily basis.
Responsible for maintaining the kitchen and equipment in clean and
sanitary conditions.

Overall, the person needed for this position needs to be mature, responsible for themselves, responsible for the restaurant when the owners are not present, and for ensuring the standards set by Thatsa Wrapp are upheld.

We need a dependable person who will be able to work 5-6 days per week
consistently; we are on off-season staffing and need a person who is able and
willing to work 40-42 hours per week every week.

Pay starts at $13 an hour, raises are given based on production, performance and growth of their position, and the growth of the restaurant.
