At this Hingham project, sandblasted marble was selected for the pool surround because it stays comfortable underfoot, even in direct summer sun.
That matters when kids are running around barefoot, when guests are moving in and out of the water, and when the pool is meant to be enjoyed without thinking twice.

What if privacy felt less like a boundary and more like an escape?
At this Needham property, the landscape rises around the terrace in layers, filtering the surrounding homes while creating a quiet sense of enclosure within.
The neighborhood is still close. It simply no longer feels present.

Step through the gate, and the feeling changes.
That was the intent behind this Hingham project: to create a destination setting within the property, where the family could gather, relax, and feel transported from the pace of daily life.
The pavilion, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and gathering spaces all work together to create something more than a backyard — a family oasis designed to feel entirely its own.

A Design's First Act: How a Property Announces Itself.
This is our reveal. A stately entry flanked by stone pillars. A patterned stone drive that draws you forward into a framed motor court — composed, centred, unhurried. At dusk, the pillars glow, the planting fades, and the property comes alive from within.
