Introducing Small Studio's newest employee Ada Elizabeth Brubaker! My little assistant joined the company March 3rd, 2023. Her first craft project was footprints at the hospital at just an hour old. She doesn't knit ot crochet (yet!) but her favorite blankies are all handmade. And she is giving away free baby smiles to everyone that visits, no coupon required!

Hello from your long lost friend at Small Studio!

2022 has been an interesting and busy year, kicking off with closing my North Olmsted location in January and moving everything to a new space in Canton. Time goes by so fast, and the months from February to August went by in what seemed like the blink of an eye! Labor Day weekend is already here, and so is the 15th annual Yarn Discovery Tour beginning on Tuesday the 6th. I have worked very hard the last several months arranging furniture, installing shelving and cabinets, unpacking boxes, and restocking inventory... I'm excited to finally open my doors to the public during the month of September!

Hours for September 6-25 are:
Sunday 11-5
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday CLOSED
Thursday 11-6
Friday 11-6
Saturday 11-5

The new space is located inside the McKinley Center at 800 Market Ave N, Canton, OH 44702. Locals to the area may recognize this as the old McKinley High School building. It is now primarily a nursing home on the upper floors, so all visitors to the building are required to wear a mask and check in at the front desk. Small Studio is on the main floor, a short walk from the front desk, follow the posted signs.

I am looking forward to having visitors again, and catching up with everyone! Chatting with customers and hearing about the projects everyone is working on is my favorite part about owning a store, and I have missed everyone terribly.
