Fitness In Progress blends the precision of engineering with the art of strength.
The engine is tuned. Yesterday was the final heavy test session at home before I step onto the platform at the Arnold Sports Festival next week.
I see a lot of athletes avoid the Olympic lifts because they fear injury. I completely understand that fear. But the truth is, the Sn**ch and the Clean & Jerk are the highest-yielding movements in sports—you just have to respect the physics.
You don't need to be reckless to lift heavy. You just need the right structural foundation.

This is a 4-Week Reset focused entirely on reversing the damage of sitting and stress. We don't do complex barbell work in this class. Instead, we spend 60 minutes focusing on deep mobility, core stability, and functional bodyweight strength.
It is designed to be low-complexity but incredibly high-yield for your joints and posture. Rebuilding control and confidence in your own body.
The Logistics:
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Perfect for the post-work/after-school window).
Where: Legacy Sports Complex, Canton.
Capacity: I cap this at exactly 6 parents so I can personally audit and correct everyone's mechanics.
