Creating and maintaining pollinator habitats takes consistent, hands-on work 🌱🐝
These photos capture part of our ongoing work at Dartmouth College: w**ding, seeding, and creating spaces where pollinators, and ecosystems, can thrive. By restoring and maintaining native habitat areas across campus, we are helping support biodiversity, strengthen ecological resilience, and provide essential resources for bees, butterflies, and other pollinating species that play a critical role in healthy environments!

A late addition to CHP's Spring planting season...

So glad to be working with our friends to convert this Detroit lot into a community wildflower park.

Tilled 2x today and sprayed the edges with a high concentrate vinegar. Will till at least 2 more times before seeding. Even though it's late in the planting season, we have the ability to water this lot, so we can get the wildflower seedlings established.

Great day today seeding > 1 acre of land with native wildflowers in Canton !

A win win. Saving the township $$$, reducing the use of harmful pesticides/herbicides, and creating new native habitat for pollinating insects and animals.

Thx to , , , and

What a great project! We have been working all spring with our friends from .green to convert 4 abandoned lots near .farms into a community park with walking paths and a native wildflower meadow.

We started in February with invasive tree cutting, trash removal, and then spent all spring shallow tilling. Today, we seeded!

Thanks to for their advice and desogn tips.
