Halfway Day was one for the books! 📚

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the Freedom to Read with a book-themed carnival. Patrons of all ages signed the MI Right to Read pledge, enjoyed carnival games, crafts, met a pony, tackled our hobby horse obstacle course and created colorful book signs for our Freedom to Read parade.

We loved celebrating with you, and we're especially grateful to everyone who braved the heat to make it such a memorable day.

These toadstools are almost too cute to put in the garden! 🍄

Our patrons had so much fun painting clay pot toadstools, and every single one had its own personality. We love seeing what happens when people get together to create.
