In this homeschool cooking class, students will explore the flavors of Spain as they create two types of tapas; patatas bravas with garlic aioli and ham croquettes. Students will also discover the culture and history of Spanish tapas and how simple ingredients and traditional methods come together to create bold, memorable flavors.
