Today is inspection day, and my buyers who recently made the move from North Dakota are soaking up their new Southwest Florida lifestyle already. The sunshine, the pace, the promise of a new year, it’s easy to see why they’re excited!
They originally had another home under contract, but sometimes the numbers just don’t match the reality. There was simply too much wrong for the price. So they made the wise choice to move on and that decision led them here. This beautifully updated home had all the work already done. No projects waiting, no surprises looming. And just like that, what started as a search for a “fixer” turned into falling in love with a home that’s been thoughtfully renovated and ready to enjoy.
