Brand 1 Ink is actively seeking a Full-Time highly motivated and experienced Automatic Screen Print Press Operator to join our growing production team. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of print quality and shop safety. Key Responsibilities:

Review work orders and job specifications for color, design, and quantity

Set up and tear down screen print jobs (6–10 color jobs)

Operate and monitor automatic screen print presses efficiently

Make necessary adjustments for print quality, registration, and color accuracy

Troubleshoot printing issues to ensure top-quality output

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the press and work area

Complete production records and meet deadlines consistently

Assist with general shop duties including:

Coating, burning, cleaning, and reclaiming screens

Packaging and preparing orders for shipping

Shop maintenance and cleaning

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a screen-printing production environment

Hands-on experience operating both manual and automatic presses

Solid understanding of various print techniques (discharge, water-based, simulated process a plus)

Ability to set up, register, and run multi-color jobs efficiently

Knowledge of mesh count selection and ink handling

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Effective communicator and team player

Ability to work flexible hours when needed

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front of House Associate to join our team at Brand 1 Ink. This role is essential to ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door or call us.

Position: Full-Time
Location: [925 SE 15th Ave Cape Coral FL 33990]
Schedule: [Monday-Friday 9-5pm]

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth

Receive incoming deliveries and keep front area tidy

Perform light filing and administrative support as needed
