stopped by to try their burgers.
i had the basic cheese burger and opted for their potatoe salad.
placed my order and well.........waited for more than 30 minutes. that was a crazy long time to get food from a food truck, and there were not all that many customers in front of me.
finally got my burger, ordered it med. rare, and fortunately it came MR. it came with the usual tomatoe, onion and lettuce and some sort of uninteresting house sauce. ordered my food to go, but there were no napkins and i was asked if i needed a fork for the potatoe salad. and since i wasn't going to eat the potatoe salad with my hands, i said yes to the fork.
so for the food......the burger was cooked properly. but the patty was not seasoned so it was bland with not too much flavor. salt and pepper would have helped....oh well! the bun was nicely toasted, but didn't hold up against all the moisture from the burger and toppings and in the end was a soggy mess.
the potatoe salad was very bland and uninspired........and so salty that i couldn't eat but a couple of fork fulls. thank goodness i had a bottle of water!
i wish i could have said something positive....OH, the burger was cooked med. rare, but that didn't make my visit to burgers and q memorable or make me want to return. i can't recommend this place
