Summer is slowly coming to an end and school is right around the corner! Here is a short checklist to make sure you're ready to start the year organized!๐Ÿ

Daily Routine๐ŸŒฟ
The best way to adapt to the hectic schedule school can cause is to plan what to expect. Putting your weekly schedule on some kind of calendar and setting time for homework and study can do wonders! Make sure to keep in mind no routine is set in stone so make sure to tweak it a little every week to suit you.

Productivity Rules ๐ŸŒž
Setting rules for yourself helps establish focus and commitment. It also helps improve organizational skills and stay on task. Some ideas of 'rules' could be stretching in the morning or finishing a project the day before the due date.

Supplies!๐Ÿ–Š
Make sure you have enough, pencils, pens, and notebooks ready for the year. Alongside whatever else could help you study like flashcards or highlighters.

We all have those weeks where getting anything done seems impossible. Here are some tips to help you get out of the slumps. ๐ŸŒŠ

Do something you're passionate about๐ŸŽง
Sometimes to feel energized, you need to spend some time doing something that brings you joy. This could be singing, drawing, playing some music, or gardening. Take some time to make yourself feel rejuvenated and ready to go again.

Reflect๐Ÿš€
Instead of feeling guilty for not being able to do anything, take a moment. Reflect on your thoughts and how far you have come with your goals. Think about the direction you want to go with your life, is the reason you feel unable to do anything because you want some kind of change?

Go for a walk ๐ŸŒฟ
Going outside and getting some sun has been found to boost productivity and general mood. Going outside and taking in some fresh air could be the thing you need to get energy and get out of a slump. # passion

Summer is slowly ending, meaning the school year is starting right around the corner! Here are some tips to help you transition into the school grind.๐Ÿ’ช

- Start fixing your sleep cycle ๐Ÿ›Œ
In summer it's common to have your sleep schedule change. You could be going to bed and waking up late. You can't expect to go to bed around 2 a.m and then be able to wake up at 7 again. Start slowly adjusting your sleep cycle.

- Get back into the mindset ๐ŸŽง
Going back to school means you have to get back into the learning mindset. Take some time every week to learn something new, this could be something you find fun or something that relates to a class you have next year.

- Stress management skills๐ŸŒž
Take some time and reflect on your previous school year and identify some stress triggers you faced. Reflect on what helped you during that time and see how you can implement those techniques before your stress gets too intense.

Figuring out what you need to prioritize in life can be difficult. The Eisenhower Matrix is a great tool to utilize when figuring out what tasks to do first. ๐Ÿ“‘

How to do it? โ“
1. Start by making four squares โน

2. The do first square are essential tasks ๐ŸŽฏ
These are tasks that need to be done today or tomorrow by the latest. An example of this task could be to look over instructions for an essay.

3. The second square should be called schedule โณ
This square should be full of tasks that are important but not as urgent. So ideally you have two weeks till you have to finish it.

4. The third square is the delegate square ๐Ÿ“ž
Delegate tasks are things you need to ask from other people. Such as emailing a professor, meeting with a group for a project, and so on.

5. The last square; do not do square ๐Ÿ“ต
This square is about things that do not need to do right now, like spending too much time on TikTok. This square is supposed to help you stop bad habits.
