From my family to yours

What a year ! Crazy how fast time flies and children grow. And I age !

Watching our twins Kara and Kane navigate college and the coast guard. Our baby boy Luke becoming a senior and excelling in golf. Dani’s DNA photography business continuing to grow. Dani's DNA photography business is continuing to thrive and her mind/body/business results are growing. VoloHaus celebrating 12 years and delivering 400+ projects. And THIS YEAR - helping 6 of our beloved clients grow revenue and enterprise value and SELL. It is so fun to help hard working, risk taking leaders get rich.

It is also the MOST fun to give back. All of our kids have charities and causes they give time and treasure to. I have been on the board of New Haven for over a decade, and helping disadvantaged boys get the education and trade skills to become men and providers of their OWN families - always makes me beyond emotional.

I am also grateful for our country, culture and values. Our friend Col. Nate Miller retired this year – it was so amazing to have a front row seat and enjoy his journey - and what he gave to our country. So proud of my son Kane choosing to join the Coast Guard due to Nate’s example

Here’s how to ditch the failed sales tactics, fill your pipeline, and crush your numbers:

✅ Understand your ideal customer profile
✅ Survey your existing customers to determine your strengths and weaknesses from THEIR viewpoint
✅ Test your salespeople and hire and train new ones
✅ Drive lead generation
✅ Connect the relationship between sales and marketing from a systemic perspective

Constraints are limitations or restrictions.

In business, these are the factors stopping you from gaining new revenue, every single time.

And while there are various factors that may come into play, here are the most common ones:

* Lack of a clear marketing and sales plan

* Unclear understanding of ideal buyer avatar
