The team at Verdani is excited to share that our office recently received the LEED v4.1 O+M Interiors Gold Certification!

Undergoing the continuous LEED process demonstrates that our office is more resource efficient and cost effective than typical office buildings. We are proud to be the first LEED certification in this category in all of California for the last two years and one of only 30 projects to hold this certification across the entire U.S.*

This accomplishment underscores the acumen of our Certifications team and their skill in navigating the many building certification frameworks. A special thank you to Michael Kloha and Viveka Biryani for leading the efforts to achieve this certification.

Our team had an incredible time at this week’s 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, where several team members lead speaking sessions including Carli Schoenleber's 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨-𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and Julie Jacobson and Kristen Wernick's Table Talk titled 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭.

Sessions throughout the event explored critical themes like local leadership, resilient infrastructure, equitable decarbonization, and systems-based thinking—all reinforcing the urgent need for collaborative climate action.

We were energized by the conversations and connections with peers and partners across the industry.
