What’s the best way to grow your hair out?

Would you believe us if we said by trimming it? ✂️

If your goal is length then a trim won’t be as frequent as someone with shorter hair, but it is necessary to keep your hair healthy.

✨We recommend getting a trim every 12 weeks if you are growing your hair out. If you go past this you are likely going to end up with dry ends that split and break. Split ends can’t be “fixed” ; they can only be cut and if you don’t cut them, they will continue to split up the hair shaft 😬

✨Go easy. Make sure you aren’t over styling or using your flat iron on the highest setting. Extreme heat will damage your hair and cause breakage.
