COVID-19: WHAT WE ARE DOING AND WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

We intend to continue to see patients during normal business hours in accordance with CDC guidelines. We are offering VIDEO TELEHEALTH visits to address non urgent needs.

At Pacific ENT Medical Group, our highest priority is always the safety of our patients and staff. We are closely monitoring this evolving COVID-19 situation and are in regular contact with health agencies for information and guidance. As always, we maintain close relationships with local, state, national and international public health authorities and will inform you if anything changes.

We are open and have implemented preventive measures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as our own health and hygiene protocols. Please be understanding as our check in procedures have changed. We will have you wait in your car until we are ready for your visit. Patients are also asked to limit bringing no more than one additional person to their appointment.

We ask that patients experiencing symptoms of cough, fever, shortness of breath, flu-like symptoms, or who have been around those experiencing similar symptoms to call to reschedule their appointments.
