After joining The Palms in 2009 as a Charge Nurse, Brandy's compassion and leadership quickly propelled her into key roles - including Memory Care Coordinator and, since 2014, Executive Director. Under her leadership, The Palms has flourished as a community built on warmth, respect, and exceptional care. Her dedication to residents, families, and team members embodies the heart of assisted living.

This Senior Citizens Day, we honor the extraordinary people who fill our communities with kindness, courage, and grace. It is one of life’s greatest privileges to know them, to care for them, and to continue learning from them every single day. 💚

Elvis has entered the building, and our residents and team members are ready to rock! 🎸🎶

Recently, our communities celebrated Elvis Culture Week and went all out with fun activities from Elvis-themed happy hours to scavenger hunts! Residents struck their favorite Elvis poses and sang along to timeless hits that had everyone grooving! It was a week full of laughter, music, and a little rock ’n’ roll magic! 🕺

Sage Lake Senior Living is celebrating 6 years of serving seniors! 🥳

This beautiful moment features Sandy, one of the very first residents to move into Sage Lake back in 2019, and she still calls it home today. Champagne in hand, she’s looking as fabulous as ever!

Today, we celebrate the remarkable career of Collette Gray as she retires as President and CEO of Integral Senior Living, marking more than 30 years of impactful leadership in senior living.

Collette built a culture where associates thrive, residents feel at home, and purpose drives every day. Her legacy is one of empowerment, heart, and lasting impact. Collette also played a vital role in the successful integration of ISL with Discovery Senior Living, helping create the largest privately held senior living operator in the U.S.

She has been recognized as a McKnight’s Women of Distinction Hall of Honor inductee (2023), 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award honoree, and has served as a longtime Argentum Board member and co-founder of the Women in Leadership Committee.

As she enters retirement, we thank Collette for her vision, compassion, and dedication to changing lives. Her influence will continue to shape our industry for years to come.
