Pumpkin Carving

I made arepas for the first time. Something so simple as: cornmeal, water, salt and cheese can really add a lot to the meal. Sadly my first attempt came out on the bland side and it was more of a “damn it do be like that” kinda bread that you eat when times are tough. I feel like I didn’t add enough cheese to my masa and I’m just going to treat my block of cheese like it’s duck tape. If it’s not working that means you need to use more until it finally works. Next time will be better and I think I’ll shoot for a more street food kind of approach.
