After 15 years with Liberty Mutual and the Comparion Insurance Agency, I’ve decided it’s time to turn the page and start a new chapter. This wasn’t an easy decision. The past 15 years have been rewarding for both my family and I. I’m grateful for the relationships, experiences, and growth along the way. That said, I’m excited to pursue an opportunity that better aligns with my career goals moving forward.

I’ll share more details soon before stepping into the new role, but for now, I just want to say thank you. To my clients, coworkers, referral partners and friends, thank you for your trust, your support, and the chance to work alongside you over the years. It’s meant a lot. Let’s stay connected. This isn’t goodbye, just the start of something new.

Today, I want to celebrate Delbert Wray, a colleague, mentor, and friend as he begins a well‑earned retirement. Delbert has been a constant source of knowledge, guidance, and steady leadership, and I am incredibly grateful for the 13-years we’ve spent working together. It has truly been a pleasure learning from you, collaborating with you, and sharing so many moments along the way. Your impact reaches far beyond policies and production. You’ve helped shape people, careers, and a culture of support that will last well beyond your time at Comparion.

While your chapter at Comparion may be closing, I’m thankful that our relationship isn’t. I look forward to continuing our friendship outside of the Comparion world and cheering you on as you enjoy this next season with your family. Wishing you nothing but happiness, relaxation, and exciting new adventures ahead. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
