What’s one thing you always keep stocked?
This is everything I ate today using a super small setup in our van.
No big fridge.
�No full kitchen.
Just simple meals that hit my protein and keep me feeling good.
I think a lot of people assume they need the “perfect setup” to be consistent…�but honestly, having less space makes it easier in some ways.
Fewer decisions = more consistency.

We’re heading out for a few days and this is everything I packed to make staying consistent feel easy, NOT restrictive.
Nothing complicated.
Nothing “perfect.”
Just foods I know I’ll actually eat.
Because the goal isn’t to be perfect on trips…
it’s to avoid the all-or-nothing spiral.
If you’ve ever felt like you have to “start over” after traveling, it’s usually not a discipline problem, it’s a planning problem.
I’d rather spend 20 minutes upfront than feel off for a week after.
