War, Toxic Stress, and the Mental Health of Children Children in war zones face extreme levels of stress. The effects can be severe.

We are going to be doing a 5 part series on postpartum anxiety. It's something we address in our clinic and with our clients often. We want to provide reassurance to women who are dealing with postpartum or even perinatal anxiety that you're not alone! And also provide education to partners, families and friends about this condition that most women suffer silently through.
