Finally faced a huge fear today… after get a stick caught in my rollerblades last August (twice) and falling HARD suffering road rash and a concussion… I took this beautiful day to give it a go. It felt so good to listen to my music and believe I would be ok this time. I did it. ✅
Besides what are the odds of it happening again my first time back out!!?? 🤷🏻‍♀️
