My new Tonal just arrived and was installed this afternoon so I took it for a test drive! I did my first workout on it! Wow was I impressed! This is just the start. I have been on my Peloton for over 347 days straight without missing a day. I needed to add weight training and felt this would work best for me. So the journey continues! I love working out in my home gym for the convenience and I’m able to stay committed! As I we approach the New Year, I have new goals and aspirations and it was my friend, who inspired me along with my wife, awhile back to stick to a plan. So whatever your plan is, don’t give up, don’t quit! My dear friend motivates and coaches people with their fitness to be the best they can be! I watch her post’s every day and I’m inspired! Be inspired! Life is a wonderful journey!
