Quattro String Academy

Four QUATTRO STRING ACADEMY students are participating in the ISO SIDE BY SIDE CONCERT this Wednesday evening at 6:30 at the Hilbert Circle Theatre. The students got to spend the entire day rehearsing together with the ISO members from left to right below are Milo Savage-bass; Kate Armey-bass; Olivia Lim-violin; and Emma An-viola.

The Carmel Christkindl Markt is back! Quattro String Academy bass student Megan Munson was selected to be the #1 Christkind this year . Megan is a freshman at Carmel HS , plays in the CHS Philharmonic Orchestra, and is also a competitive volleyball athlete. Megan writes this description of her duties:

The Christkind is a traditional German giftbringer who brings the presents on December 24th. I entered a Christkind essay contest about Christmas meals, then proceeded to the interview round where I received 1st place and a 1000 dollar scholarship. I walk around the market, take photos and pass out candy canes.

We are very proud of Megan’s excellence in so many different disciplines.
