Appeal your property taxes? Next week you can appeal your property taxes if needed. New assessments should post by July 2nd, and here's what the appeals process looks like. I think this is mostly only relevant to some who purchased over the past few years and prices might be a little lower. Let me know if you have any questions. Buyers were so more forgiving about dated homes in 2021, but 2026 is a different vibe. I find there is a price premium for properties that are dialed-in, while market appeal has really changed for dated homes. Some thoughts in my weekly post. Anything to add? I'd love to hear your take.
