I’m Sonya, a licensed cosmetologist and the founder of Recover Restore Gro.

And over the years, my work has taught me something deeper than technique or product knowledge—true restoration is never just about hair. It’s about what is happening beneath the surface, in the scalp, in the body, and often in life itself.
