🎉 Congratulations to our June ESOP MVP: Tim Kline of DRI-LOK Systems! 🎉

Tim joined Thompson Concrete in 2017, building his career from Carpenter to Shop Manager before being promoted to Superintendent at DRI-LOK in 2024. Throughout every stage of that journey, Tim has consistently been a man of detail, always willing to lend a hand and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

When DRI-LOK launched as a new partnership, Tim was given the opportunity to become one of its first Partners, and he has only grown into an increasingly valuable member of our Family of Companies since. From day one, he has helped improve the organization by leading crews, setting the example in the field, and keeping quality our #1 priority. He continues to learn the business and its processes, finding creative ways to reuse materials, repairing equipment, and bringing the same level of care and attention to detail to both the shop and the field.

Tim's professionalism in the field, particularly in how he engages with clients and customers, epitomizes our mission of entrusting and empowering our people to create the best possible experience for clients, communities, and families.
