Working Hours : 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
Lunch Time : 12 PM - 1 PM

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Fill clients’ open positions with qualified candidates in a timely manner.
• Screen candidates’ resumes - conducting background check and drug test for pre-employment purposes.
• Communicate with candidates via email, phone, or in-person so they know where they are in the hiring process.
• Ensure completeness of applications including W4, I9, payroll information and/or other information needed.
• Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.
• Prepare employees for assignment by conducting small orientation; ensuring they understand company policies and procedures before starting work.
• Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Communicate daily with clients, receiving hiring requests, feedback and communicate with P4N management of all updates.
• Cover all last-minute staffing emergency requests from clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Outstanding organizational skills and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting.
• Excellent time management
• Bilingual [Fluent English & Spanish]
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills [Excel and Outlook]
• Proven experience of recruiting, sourcing and and/or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Excellent long term solid job tenure.

BENEFITS AND PAY:
• Salary based on experience
• After 90 days, Health/Vision/Dental, 10 days PTO per year
