I've spent the last month in a deep-dive with the Waveshare LC29H RTK-GPS receiver that's proposed for use with Mowberry.

My top level summary of the device is the Waveshare LC29H is not as good as the Ublox ZED-F9P, (it tends to slip cycles and get off by 10-20cm), but it's not bad either. Don't count on 2cm accuracy, but for the price ($73), it's pretty darn good. Whether it will meet your need is application-dependent.
