On Friday, February 20th, Carson City Search and Rescue was dispatched to the McClellan Peak area between Carson City and Washoe Valley. A family of five had become stranded by the recent snow storm that hit our region. Using our tracked Ranger UTV, we were able to safely transport the family back to Carson.
Carson City Search and Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving the community of Carson City.

With a little help from our winch and a tree, everyone returned to their home safely. Successful mission.
