A graduate of the NJA Leadership Development Academy, Adam has quickly become a leader within the organization. He currently serves as Chair of the NJA Law School Committee, where he works to connect law students with practicing attorneys and introduces them to NJA’s mission of protecting access to the courts…

Today we are celebrating Tick Segerblom, our Lifetime Achievement Award recipient!

“My dad has spent his entire life fighting for the same rights that NJA has as a mission–to protect the Seventh Amendment, protect consumers and help people who would not otherwise have recourse against corporations and insurance companies if a trial lawyer didn’t represent them. In 2025, he tried his last case–a jury trial in federal court representing a black teacher fired by CCSD.
