With my client’s permission, I had to explain to the seller that these buyers are investors and we’ve done over ten (10) deals together and I know firsthand they’ve recently had to remediate mold at one of their older rentals and it cost them just over $15,000.00 and they’re not willing to get involved with another investment that potentially has the same issues.
