The last year has been truly a journey for lots of us- but the shutdown became an intimate bonding time for us, free of all that hustle and bustle. It truly reaffirmed the true gem in my sweetie & my honey. The Foundation was set up by the children of late Chief Andrew Onebunne Nweke (1930-1996)
who was a pioneer educationist and believed so much in education as a path to enlightenment and freedom.
He trained all six of his children to become university graduates and impacted the lives of thousands of students as a school
teacher, school principal, and local government administrator during his lifetime.
The Onebunne Foundation has the primary goal of training young bright children of Ezinato our home town up to the University
level because we want to carry out his legacy as the most sustainable way to development and freedom
from poverty.
