Helen Keller Deaf-Blind Awareness Week isn't just about looking back — it's about looking around.
Over 15 million people worldwide are estimated to be living with severe deafblindness. And most people who are deafblind actually have some degree of usable vision and/or hearing — which means the experience of deafblindness is as individual as the people living it.
