Scheduled circuits Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Timed perfect for parents who just dropped their kids to school or home school kids that want to start the day with a social PE environment. 8:30-10.

3. Upper cut, alternate sides with a change in level.
4. Boxing

6. Medicine Ball - Shove at wall. Add a burpee after the shove for a harder time
7. Grip training. Grip KB freestyle, grip push with bar.
8. Dumbbell incline press - low weight high reps
9. DB Carry. Walk the grass and return. One weight, switch bands at turn
10. KB Swings
