We believe great insurance starts with great relationships. Our Employee Benefits team collaborates with businesses to create solutions that support employees and enhance organizations. We're seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager who is passionate about guiding clients through the complexities of benefits and building strong relationships. In this role, you will serve as an advisor and advocate for businesses, focusing on renewals and ongoing benefit strategies. You'll also participate in client meetings and stay up to date on industry trends and regulations to better support our clients.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous experience in employee benefits is required
✔ Strong knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, and ancillary benefit products is essential
✔ Life & Health License is required
✔ Experience in managing client relationships and benefit programs is necessary
✔ Excellent communication, organizational skills, a positive mindset, and problem-solving abilities are important
✔ Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team is required
✔ Full-time position available in one of the following offices:
• Carthage, MO
• Nevada, MO
• Oklahoma City, OK
• Sweetwater, TX
• Fairfield, TX
In-office preferred, but willing to discuss remote for the right fit
✔ A positive attitude and strong attention to detail are essential
✔ Willingness to travel is a plus.
