COVID-19 Virus Precautions and Policy

We at Tao Auto care deeply about our customer’s health and safety and are always strive to provide a safe and clean environment for our customers, staff & vendors. There are several steps we are taking to keep everyone safe while remaining a service to all who need us. We are continually cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces customers and staff may come in contact with, technicians and employees are wearing gloves while entering, driving, and moving customer vehicles, and we are all practicing frequent hand washing.

At this time, we are staggering oil changes during our morning wait period so there are less people in the lobby and spreading out appointments to encourage quick drop-offs and pick-ups with little to no waiting inside the office. We have always offered after hour’s key drop in our night drop box and welcome anyone to take advantage of this service and we will communicate via phone or email instead of face to face. If you would like to fill out a night drop form at home you can find the night drop form on www.TaoAuto.com. Payments can be processed via credit card over the phone and then your sanitized keys and receipts can be placed in your car by a gloved employee.
