🇺🇸 Parade Entries Needed for The BIG 250! 🇺🇸
Let’s make this Casey’s biggest, most festive, most hometown-proud parade yet!

Casey is getting ready to celebrate America’s 250th birthday, and we want all of Clark County to be part of it.

The BIG 250 4th of July Parade will be held:

📅 Saturday, July 4, 2026
⏰ 10:00 AM
📍 Casey, Illinois
🎆 Theme: Casey Celebrates America

We want the streets of Casey to feel like an old-fashioned patriotic postcard. Flags waving, tractors rolling, floats decorated, kids smiling, families cheering, and red, white, and blue everywhere you look.

Churches, businesses, clubs, sports teams, families, neighborhoods, antique cars, tractors, golf carts, patriotic pets, walking groups, queens, veterans, first responders, youth groups, and surrounding communities! We want you in the parade!

Decorate it. Dress it up. Bring the flags. Make it fun. Make it loud. Make it red, white, and blue.

Parade line-up will begin at 8:00 AM at the Casey Methodist Church, with check-in at the rear church entrance. Large equipment and overflow line-up will be along E. Georgia Ave.

📌 Parade registration forms are due by July 1, 2026.
Entries received after July 1, including day-of entries, will be placed at the end of the parade.

Forms may be returned to Tom Daughhetee at the City of Casey office or emailed to:
📧 [email protected]

Questions? Call Patty Richards at 217-994-0383.

And don’t forget after the parade, everyone is invited to head to the park for The Big All-American Picnic!

This is a true old-fashioned picnic in the park, so pack your own picnic basket, cooler, drinks, lawn chairs, blankets, sunscreen, and favorite picnic foods. Bring lunch for your family, claim a spot, and enjoy a day of hometown fun together. A few options will be available at the park, we will announce those details later.

Let’s fill the streets, fill the park, and celebrate America’s 250th the Casey way. 🇺🇸
