🚨 Buyer Beware: Third Party Ticket Resellers 🚨

We’ve seen a significant increase in customers being taken advantage of by third party ticket resale websites.

These companies use search engine optimization to make their websites appear at or near the top of search results for our events. They often look official, but they are NOT affiliated with Gaslight Social, The Rialto, Casper Entertainment Group, or our ticketing provider.

Here’s what commonly happens:

• They charge massive markups, sometimes more than double the actual ticket price.
• They purchase tickets from our official ticketing site after you’ve already paid them.
• The tickets may end up under someone else’s name, making them difficult or impossible for us to locate.
• In some cases, customers never receive valid tickets at all.
• When something goes wrong, we cannot provide customer service, refunds, or support because the purchase was not made through our official ticketing system.

Unfortunately, third party ticket reselling is legal, which means these companies continue to operate while customers are left frustrated and often blame the venue.

The ONLY official places to purchase tickets for events at Gaslight Social and The Rialto are:

Each of those websites will direct you to our official ticketing platform. Before completing your purchase, verify that the web address contains TIXR and CEG in the URL.

If you’re ever unsure whether you’re on the correct website, please contact us before purchasing your tickets. We’d much rather answer a quick question than have you lose money to a third party reseller.
