Kelly Walsh High School

For our last senior spotlight, we have something a little different. Behind so many of the moments, images, and memories at Kelly Walsh this year were five incredible students whose talents made a lasting impact.

Syd gave so much style, creativity, and personality to our work as our resident graphic designer. An award-winning artist with pieces in the Governor’s Mansion, she helped shape our creative direction through graffiti assets, logos, gameday posts, banners, musical posters, and Tommy Trojan cartoons. WE had so much more style because of Syd.

Emma came to us already a photographer, and her eye for light, framing, and emotion showed all year. Some of our most beautiful photos were hers. She also created “Building Connections,” showing that this building is really about the people, stories, and relationships inside it. WE were captured like never before because of Emma.

Parker is an incredible leader and historian. She researched and organized Trojan Tidbits and helped bring Kelly Walsh history to life through trophy cases honoring the people and stories of this school. She also took on photography, videography, graphics, posts, and anything else our team needed. WE are a team because of Parker.

Elliot has a gift for seeing our school in a way nobody else does. Through Trojan Takes, she helped us celebrate student personalities, not just achievements. She also pioneered Club Connect, shining a light on the clubs that make this place special. WE have a clearer voice because of Elliot.

Kinley believes in magic, and she helped all of us see it too. As the heart of our team, she created Staff Spotlight to recognize the adults who make Kelly Walsh feel human, kind, and connected. Her kindness, creativity, and love for people showed up in almost everything we did. WE understood the magic of Kelly Walsh because of Kinley.

This is a special group. WE shined lights on important topics and people because of them. WE are Kelly Walsh because THEY are Kelly Walsh.
