When we outgrew our first office, we took the walls out of the new one so our analysts could stay connected – not just physically, but in the way they work. This job is hard… and valuing nearly every kind of real estate, in nearly every kind of market, isn’t something that can (or should) be done alone.

Some days it’s so quiet in here you can hear a pin drop. Other days, it’s loud and full of questions, ideas, opinions… and the occasional friendly disagreement.

Either way, what happens in this room is the #1 reason we’re able to do what we do.

How do we look?! Eval has always been about streamlining and simplifying property evaluations. Now our look is as streamlined and clean as our evaluations are. Sometimes brands need an eval and an update, too.
